Please set the email subject line to: "SmartVault Registration Request"

• Provide account type: individual or organization

• Provide name of the individual or organization

• Any email addresses which should receive access to the SmartVault account and notifications regarding the account.  If including multiple please denote one email as the primary email.

• We will generate a SmartVault registration email, which will be sent to you at the addresses provided so you can complete the registration process.  Please note, the registration email sent by SmartVault will be delivered by ​notify@smartvault.com, may get caught by your spam/junk filter.​
